MAINE GRAINED AND FLORAL DECORATED DOME TOP BOX. Circa 1st quarter 19th century. Rectangular pine storage box of dovetailed construction, faux grained, and painted overall with polychrome flower heads within stenciled scrolling borders. SIZE: 9-1/4″ hx 23″ l x 11-3/4 d. CONDITION: Very good original surfaces, hinges original, wrought iron hasp and lockplate original. Hasp is partially missing. Good strong color. 9-96419 (500-800)
