LOT OF 2 COCA-COLA CARDBOARD SIGNS. Circa 1920s signs captioned “Meet Me at the Soda Fountain” depict a woman and gentleman making a date on the phone. Interesting to note that he’s using a candlestick phone while she has the more modern version. The two pieces were once joined by a phone cord, which is no longer present, but the holes remain. SIZE: Each: 24-1/4″ w x 38-1/4″ h. CONDITION: Both generally good. Signs show considerable surface scuffs, soiling, some foxing and a few scratches. Replacement easel on his, original easel on hers. Both would likely be greatly enhanced with some light conservation and professional framing. 1-11957 (500-700)
