*COLT OFFICERS MODEL DA REVOLVER. Cal. 38. SN 451823. Blued finish with 6” bbl, flat top frame, adjustable front and rear sights, usual bbl markings on the top with the left side marked “Officer’s Model 38”. It has beautiful highly figured deep medallion diamond checkered walnut grips. Accompanied by its original dark maroon hinged lid box with blue and white end label and a smaller label on the end of the lid marked “TARGET”. It contains original wax paper and an original hard wood-wiping rod. CONDITION: Extremely fine plus, possibly unfired. Retains virtually all of its bright original factory finish to both metal and wood. Mechanics are crisp, brilliant shiny bore. Box has slightly fuzzed corners and a few chips on the edges with a small break in the back, otherwise is extremely fine. 4-53083 JR593 (750-1,250)
