ELECTRIFIED HOYT’S STYLE BLACK ANIMATED PICTURE. Of more recent vintage, this variant of the original Hoyt’s life picture is an electric version with the added feature of a tobacco satchel popping in and out of this fellow’s pocket. Mechanism is an electrified version and follows the same pattern as the 1920s version. Slowly, the gentleman would roll his eyes, tilt his head, open his mouth, etc. A very unique and interesting black Americana advertising item sure to amuse and usually catch the casual observer off guard. SIZE: 17-1/2″ w x 21″ h. CONDITION: Overall very good. Electric motor is functional but mechanics in need of slight adjustment to work at its optimum level. Lacking rear enclosure.
