DALLAS AIRPLANE FAN. This is without a doubt one of the most intriguing motorized fans you’ll ever see. This fan was designed to be hung from the ceiling using the attached heavy duty steel bracket. Manufacturer’s tag around the pull chain reads “Mfg. by Dallas Engineering Corporation, Dallas, Texas – Serial Number 8106”. A General Electric tag indicates this fan is driven by a 1/6 horsepower, 60 cycle, 4 amp motor. Includes the original wire safety cage, which also sports an aluminum manufacturer’s tag. SIZE: 27″ l. CONDITION: Overall good original condition with some light surface rust to front motor housing sheet metal. Rear section has paint scrapes and scratches.
