FINE PRESENTATION RAILROAD TOBACCO HUMIDOR. The humidor in the form of a early railroad coal tender, constructed of oak and brass appears to be from the late 18th century. The cart is marked G.N.R. on both sides and was perhaps a presentation to some railroad executive. The locking lid lifts to reveal a dual compartment interior with a small metal ashtray and match holder. SIZE: 13″ l x 6-1/2″ w x 6-1/2″ h. CONDITION: Generally very good to excellent. The lid, with numerous fragments of coal glued to it, is missing a few small pieces. 1-13003 (400-800)
