Large flywheel activates piston within wooden framework while separate mechanism pulls lumber across the table through the saw blade. Affixed with plaque reading “James Sadler’s Steam Sawmill 12 H.P. 1795″ (not believed to be date of manufacture). SIZE: 16″ w x 18″ d x 19” h. CONDITION: Overall very good.
