SALESMAN SAMPLE MACHINE. Possibly for industrial laundry equipment, this wooden model has two wooden tubs/barrels with slat sides on long wooden table, one of which is below elaborate gear and plunger mechanism. A boom above attaches via pulleys to tubs and swings out to move to a different location. Accompanied by a patent application by David Dennison for improved washer but it is unknown whether these go with the model. Also includes tin stencil for the Dennison washer and a photocopy of Dennison’s obituary. SIZE: 11-1/4″ l x 11-1/2″ h. CONDITION: Very good.
