NEW ENGLAND FEDERAL BIRCH CHEST OF DRAWERS. 1st quarter 19th century. The rectangular top above the conforming case fitted with four graduated long drawers above a shaped drop panel apron, raised on French feet with scalloped returns. SIZE: 38-3/4″ h x 40-1/2″ w x 19-1/2″ d. CONDITION: Surfaces have been cleaned and refinished at some point. Hardware replaced, backboards and feet original. Generally good. 9-21909 (500-700)
