MORITZ DOLL. Head is incised “32.11/0″ attributed to Recknagel, with molded and painted features featuring reddish bobbed hair with curl on top, side glancing intaglio eyes and a mischievous grin. Body is five piece composition with joints at shoulders and hips with molded and painted shoes and stockings. Although normally dressed as a boy, this doll is dressed with a cotton dress with blue ribbon inserts and nice antique undergarments. SIZE: 9” (23cm) t. CONDITION: Very good with possible repair and repaint to left ankle and stocking. 1-12290 (300-600)
