The 1/2″ pendant having a scrimshaw ship in calm seas in a sterling mount marked “ASI Sterling” (Alaskan Silver & Ivory Co.). Attached to an 18″ sterling chain and presented in a blue jewelry box. It comes with a gift card from Delmano Gallery & Studio, Pasadena, CA inscribed “Lee – Thank you for being with me in Australia. J.D.”. The necklace also comes with a registration booklet indicating gift from John Denver and registration number “35C”. Accompanying the gift is a vintage color photograph showing Lee Marvin and John Denver on a fishing boat with an unidentified director and film crew. In 1977 John Denver went to Australia for his second concert tour in Australia. In that special, he included a segment with he and Lee Marvin fishing. On the Barrier Reef.
