LOT OF 2 RAILROAD CAR SALESMAN SAMPLES OR MODELS. Lot consists of two wooden flat cars with brass couplers and trucks within their original wooden carrying case. Also includes what appears to be a patent model for a railroad car grain door. Wooden facade of a railroad freight car has two steel doors that flip up and out of the way when not in use instead of the standard sliding doors. Metal doors are stamped on reverse “Doty D. Chase Grain Door”. SIZE: 18-1/2″ l x 6″ d and 22-1/4″ l x 9″ h, respectively. CONDITION: Overall very good to excellent. Grain door model missing corner sliver and may be missing some small parts. 1-13619 (500-1,000)
