PEERLESS INTERCHANGEABLE CYLINDER MUSIC BOX. Walnut case with inlaid roses on lid, string inlay on front and lid. Colorful tune card in lid states “Any Number of Cylinders Can Be Obtained for This Box”. Mechanism has 6 interchangeable cylinders of 6 tunes each. Extra cylinders stored in oak case. Very pleasant brilliant tone with good working zither attachment. SIZE: Music box: 17-1/2″ w x 9-1/2″ d x 6-1/2″ h. Cylinder case: 18-1/2″ w x 12-1/4″ d x 4-1/4″ h. CONDITION: Case nicely refinished. Tune card very good. Mechanism appears to be older restoration, but would detail up nicely. Accessory cylinder box very nice original condition, made for cylinders. 1-12008 (2,000-3,000)
