PATENT MODEL SPRING CRADLE. Patented August 15, 1876 by Frawley & Eviston, #181,162. Miniature baby’s cradle with fret cutout sides. Bed set at an angle on bent metal spring to rock the baby to sleep. Accompanied by two original patent tags and receiving tag (patent tags are incomplete and brittle). SIZE: 7-1/2″ l x 7 h. PROVENANCE: The late Terry Wesner collection, Chelsea, Michigan. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 1-12674 (300-500)
