Brass adjustable height pedestal fitted with a clockwork mechanism, timer, tin fan blade and large bell. Etched on side with inventor’s information. SIZE: 9-1/2″ h. PROVENANCE: The late Terry Wesner collection, Chelsea, Michigan. CONDITION: Very good and semi-functional with slight encouragement. 1-12697 (400-600)
