LOT OF 2 REFRIGERATOR PATENT MODELS. Lot includes two wood case cabinets with nickeled tin interiors patented December 24, 1872 & October 14, 1873, both by William Baker. Patent numbers are #134,191 and 143,607. The first has two front door and fitted with shelved interior. The second has one large front door and two side doors with lined interior. Two top doors open to reveal ice storage compartments. Second is stamped with inventor’s information on front door. Both retain patent tags (very good overall), one missing corner, the other has edge wear. SIZE: 11-1/2″ w x 9-1/4″ d x 11-1/2″ h and 10-3/4″ w. x 7-1/4″ d x 10-3/4″ h. PROVENANCE: The late Terry Wesner collection, Chelsea, Michigan. CONDITION: Very good.
