Has a colorful picture of a boy dressed in an American uniform shooting two revolvers and another boy in a British uniform running away. The large blue print at the bottom stresses “BLANKS”. Still has the red string hanger at the top. In a 9-12” wide x 17-3/4” high wood frame with gold liner and green matting. CONDITION: Very bright.
