19TH CENTURY WOOD BOOT MAKER’S TRADE SIGN. Nicely carved wood boot in old red paint with original wrought iron hanging straps. SIZE: 16″ w x 26″ to top of boot. CONDITION: Very good; weathered surface with several layers of red paint applied through the ages. Scattered scuffs, scrapes, dings and small chips as would be expected of a sign that hung out in front of the boot-maker’s shop. 1-13444 (1,000-1,500)
