1936 PLAYBOY SPEED CAR. Very scarce and unusual pedal car in red with white pinstriping and black seat that operates by hand in the manner of an Irish Mail. For the time period, it has a sleek futuristic design. Stenciled on side “Playboy Speed Car”. Small steel bumper, steel footrest to steer front tire, and wood handle on pump shaft. Affixed with steel license plate holder that has actual license plate attached. SIZE: 44″ l. CONDITION: Overall good with and appears complete. However, there is fairly heavy oxidation, surface rust and scratches throughout. 1-11702 (2,200-2,600)
