RARE BAKER MODEL 1830 FLINTLOCK MUSKET WITH BAYONET. Cal. 69. 42” rnd bbl. Marked “US / J. BAKER” in front of the hammer and “PHILA /1837” in vertical lines at the tail of the lockplate. “GWN” cartouche on the left side of the stock. Bayonet is unmarked and a little tight on the gun. CONDITION: Rust/brown patina overall with light to moderate pitting, mostly at the bridge. Stock is solid with good edges. Bayonet has overall wide rust. Mechanically fine. 4-56909 FS161 (1,000-2,000)
