STUNNING EARLY JUMEAU BEBE.

STUNNING EARLY JUMEAU BEBE. Head incised “Depose E11J”. She is on a straight wrist wood and composition body with eight separate ball joints. Stamped on the torso in blue “Jumeau Medaille d’or Paris”. She has lovely blue paperweight eyes, pierced applied ears, excellent eye decoration and closed mouth with nicely highlighted lips. Costume is off white silk with pleated maroon silk sash ribbon bow with antique buttons and wearing original shoes stamped “11 Paris Bebe”. Wig is replacement blond mohair over original cork pate. SIZE: 24″ (60cm). CONDITION: Overall very good with some slight typical age wear on body, especially on finger tips and a few joints. Close examination reveals two old, very faint hairlines on forehead. 1-12451 (3,000-5,000)
