LOT OF THREE WOOD STORE FIRKINS. 1) Wood firkin in old cream paint with two steel bands, wood lid, and bail handle; 2) Wood firkin in mustard paint with paper label for “Keystone Mincemeat”. Label mentions the mincemeat contained 6% alcohol and brandy and was made by Atmore & Son, Inc., Philadelphia, PA; 3) Five gallon wood firkin in old red paint, stenciled “New Era Oil Can / For Family Use” on the lid. Larger stenciling on the side reads “Kerosene Oil”. Manufactured by the Ashuelot Can Co., Winchester, NH. SIZE: 1) 11″ dia x 9-3/4″ t; 2) 13-1/4″ dia x 9-1/2″ t; 3) 13-1/2″ dia x 13-1/2″ t.
