Clarke and the company name is “Philadelphia Searchlight Gold & Copper Mining Co.”. Dated “July 3, 1908” and signed by its president John C. Groome. Along with a two-paged typed letter dated “April 6, 1908″ outlining their yearlong progress and state of the company. Housed in a metal frame with double decorative mattes having four cutout windows.
