IMPORTANT SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING THIS LOT: There is currently an issue between the consignor and the auctioneer regarding this lot and until this issue is amicably resolved, this lot will not be paid for or released. WE WILL AUCTION THE LOT ON SATURDAY AS PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED. All bidders interested in the lot can bid on it and we will register the high bidder. Once the issue is resolved with the consignor, a bill will be sent to you. Until the issue is resolved, you will not pay anything nor of course will you be able to take possession of the toys. It is anticipated that the issue will be resolved at auction time or shortly thereafter (within a few days), but we cannot guarantee this. It’s possible that the issue may NOT be resolved and if so the sale will be cancelled. If you are interested in this or any of the other German toy lots, we strongly encourage you to participate. Clockwork, working, electric light (untested), 25 cm. Tippco military tipping truck, clockwork. Working, electric lights (1 bulb replaced, untested), 34 cm. Anti-aircraft truck, clockwork (working). Working cap firing gun, original figures (glue residue on opening door, no driver), 28 cm. Communications truck, clockwork working, no antenna/figures, with minor paint embellishment (26 cm). Field cannon with mudshoes, 19 cm. Loose wheel on axle. Cap firing field cannon with mudshoes, elevating barrel, 20 cm. SIZE: Largest 34 cm. CONDITION: Very good to excellent, as noted. 1-9556-3 (700-900)
