SALESMAN SAMPLE CULTIVATOR W/ OB. Elaborately cast, nickel plated, two handled machine each with two knife plow blades on swivels behind the nickel plated spoke wheels separated by an inverted U-shaped bracket. Plow blades lift and lock out of place when not in use. Set behind two adjustable trees for the connection of teams of horses. Handles are etched in script. One “Patented March 2nd, 1886” and the other “by D.R. & B. Motherwell”. Accompanied by what appears to be its original wooden carrying case. SIZE: 8″ l x 6-1/2″ w x 4-1/4″ h. CONDITION: Near excellent. Missing one wire rod that limits the wheels turning radius. Case is generally very good.
