Boston, Massachusetts, First quarter of the 19th Century.Each ball top with molded mid-band above a ring-and bauluster-turned shaft, raised on lappeted arched spurred legs terminating in ridged slipper feet. The dogs with original brass plates and log stops. Marked “Hunneman/908/Boston”. SIZE: 15-1/2″ h x 20-3/4″ l. CONDITION: Very good structurally, original burnished. 9-97248 (700-1,000)
