NEW YORK SHERATON DROP-LEAF TABLE IN APPLE GREEN PAINT. Mid-19th century. Rectangular top fitted with hinged D-form leaves projecting above the straight frieze raised on ring-turned swelled cylindrical legs. SIZE: 28-1/2″ h. x 48″ l. x 26″ w. closed x 38-1/2″ w. open. CONDITION: Blue green earlier painted surfaces over an original red wash. Showing extensive wear from usage and scrubbing. Top with shrinkage crack along seam. Structurally good. 9-99047 (400-600)
