KINGSBURY #8 FIRE STATION WITH LADDER TRUCK. Pressed steel fire house with windup mechanism on top of station that when wound, lever is pressed, and the station bell sounds the alarm, and the front doors spring open so the fire engine could head to the blaze. Accompanied by a hook and ladder truck with cast iron driver, and windup mechanism that propels the fire truck. When the front bumper strikes an object, the wooden ladders spring up. SIZE: House: 19-1/2″ l x 9″ h x 9″ w. Truck: 18-1/2″ l. CONDITION: Fire house is in very good condition with some minor paint crazing, chips, and wear throughout, but for this unit is in above average condition. Hook & ladder appears to be in near excellent condition with very minor oxidation, mainly to cast iron figure and seat.
