VERY RARE 1905 DU PONT POWDER CO. CALENDAR.

VERY RARE 1905 DU PONT POWDER CO. CALENDAR. This beautiful calendar is complete with top and bottom bands with the beautiful Edmund Osthaus print of a water spaniel retrieving a mallard drake over the top two thirds of the calendar. The bottom third has the large red “Du Pont” name and the calendar, which appears to be complete with the red, white, and black cover. The lower left corner has the 1904 Du Pont copyright and the lower right corner says “American Lithographic Co., N.Y.” SIZE: 29” t x 15” w. CONDITION: Good, the image is crisp and bright with vivid colors with lettering and calendar cover vivid red, with only slight fading. The calendar body has a tear about half way across the top, not severely affecting the image and another almost completely across at the top of the calendar with several wrinkles and creases, again, not affecting the image. A rare calendar in restorable condition. JR 1-7013 (1,000-2,000)
