LOT OF 2 VENDING BANKS. Made by Doll and Cie in Germany. These two items, the “BAHNSTEIGKARTEN” and the “HELLES”, came two ways: as model railroad toys and with locks for use as toy savings banks. These are the locking variety and were made as banks. They are extremely scarce. The “BAHNSTEIGKARTEN” appears to dispense tickets and the “HELLES” dispenses water. SIZE: Each about 5-3/4″ h. CONDITION: Both banks have been restored and retain a good look, but because of their scarcity would still be an a welcome addition to any collection. 1-9934, 1-9955-1 (600-800)
