INTERNATIONAL MUTOSCOPE VIEWING MACHINE. A 1930s-40s coin-operated mechanical viewer typically found in many arcades such as Hershey Park, Knott’s Berry Farm, Disneyland, etc. This particular device was a bit risque with adult themed images of women in various states of undress. For a penny, one would only be able to see a handful of cards flash before them, and certainly a male youth would spend a fair amount of money to see more of these pictures. Machine retains original iron marquee and vintage marquee card that matches the original reel bundle within. Aged old park paint still remains on this amusing device. In fully functional and operational condition, machine does not have typical criss-cross steel pedestal base. SIZE: 40″ h x 18″ d x 8-1/2″ w. CONDITION: Overall very good plus. Replaced side panel lock and a few extra holes where original lock would have been in place. 1-13132 (500-1,000)
