MERMOD SIX TUNE CYLINDER MUSIC BOX. Six tune cylinder is 8-1/2″ long. Single spring and jeweled government. Automatic repeat. Case is a nice strong, solid wood with string inlay and painted grain finish. Nice big brass escutcheon for lock is 2-1/2″ tall by 1-1/4″ wide. Has nice original tune card in the lid, very colorful with scenes of flowers and vines. SIZE: 17″ w x 9-1/2″ d x 6″ t. CONDITION: Movement has been recently restored and has a very pleasant resonant tone. Case has original finish with a couple of minor scratches that can be touched up. 1-13524 (1,200-1,500)
