BILLY GOAT MECHANICAL BANK. Manufactured by J. & E. Stevens. Very dainty bank with goat standing upon open lattice work with red flower in center. This bank would probably appeal to a very young boy or girl. This bank is also fairly scarce, though this is a second casting of the bank. Even though it would probably fit a base tracing of the original, it is of a later vintage. SIZE: 6″ l. CONDITION: Near mint. 1-9949 (400-600)
