On the front of the shirt is painted a tiny anchor. Rendered on a pale blue background. SIZE: 2 1/2″ x 2″ Sight CONDITION: Mounted in a frame of the period beneath a convex glass within a brass surround. Written in pencil on the paper backing in script, “Joseph Hatch, Jr./London Eng./1826/Kennebunk, Me” 9-96452 (1,000-1,500)
