PULVER’S CHEWING GUM MACHINE. A beautifully restored example of the 2 column porcelain sided Pulver’s chewing gum machine featuring the Yellow Kid. One could choose either Gum or Too Choos for a penny and the Yellow Kid would wave his hand, turn and the appropriate product would drop out in the tray below. Pulver manufactured a number of different versions with different characters and lettering as did they also produce similar machines for 40+ years. Wooden mounting board attached to rear of machine as originally this style was mounted to a wall in a general store, movie theater, restaurant, train station etc. SIZE: 24″ t x 9-1/2″ w x 6″ d. CONDITION: Excellent overall total restoration to machine and in fine working order. 1-13502 (1,000-2,000)
