MASON MECHANICAL BANK. Manufactured by Shepard Hardware. It is a very comical bank with the hod carrier throwing the coin forward towards the mason. At the same time, the mason lifts the trowel and a brick, and the coin is deposited in the back of the building. A must have bank for all the masons and construction people at the turn of the century. SIZE: 7-1/4″ h. CONDITION: Toy is in very good to excellent condition with general wear and chipping throughout. Bank also appears to have some touch-up on the maroon base and bucket. 1-9859 (1,800-2,400)
