SALESMAN SAMPLE HAY RAKE. Predominantly wooden model with two large spoke wheels, between which is a wooden crossbar and brass saddle seat above a series of curved tines to rake the hay. The tines are raised and lowered by two foot pedals located beneath the seat. Crossbar is pinstriped and marked “Wiard Plow Co, Batavia, NY”. SIZE: 13″ w x 6-1/2″ h. CONDITION: Very good plus with a rich honey patina, missing one wooden fork tine at rear. 1-12196 (1,500-2,500)
