FRANZ RICHARD UNTERBERGER (Austrian, 1838-1902) MEDITERRANEAN COAST. Gouache scene shows a light blue sea with cliff side coastline having city with boats on beach. High mountains continue the coastline under a light blue and pink sky. Signed lower left “F R Unterberger”. Housed in a 19th Century gesso decorated deep gold frame with gold liner and glass. SIZE: Sight: 16″ x 24″. CONDITION: Upper edge with two small cracks and light stain to upper right edge, otherwise very good. 9-95716 (3,000-5,000)
