BULLDOG MECHANICAL BANK. Manufactured by J & E Stevens. This ferocious looking canine is a black dog, red carpet variant. The action is put a coin on the bulldog’s nose, pull down on his tail (hope he doesn’t bark), his mouth opens, coin falls off the nose into mouth, and he greedily swallows coin. He also has glass eyes. SIZE: 7-1/2″ H. CONDITION: Bank is in excellent to pristine condition with bright colors and very little wear. Definitely a superior example.
