HATCH FAMILY SILK CRAZY QUILT, STATE OF MAINE. Second half 19th century. Quilted by Mrs. Joseph Hatch, Kennebunk, Maine. Exhibited at the Maine State Fair and at the Century Club Hobby Show in 1935. Made of all polychrome silk patches and squares with black velvet borders and a muted green silk backing. SIZE: 57″ x 61″. CONDITION: Very good condition. 9-96460 (400-600)
