CINNABAR PLATE. 18th century, China. Metal base. Surface carved with figures in a landscape on the interior and with four of the eight precious items on the base. Base inset with a brass Ch’ien Lung dated plaque. SIZE: 8-1/4″ dia. CONDITION: Generally good with losses to lacquer on bottom and minimal losses to border around brass edge. 9-27466 (300-500)
