Terrific miniature hay press attributed to Eli in wood and nickel with four spoked wheels with intricate spring loaded mechanism that compresses hay from the top hopper by rotating the front tongue, pushing tamper and the completed bale down a tapered chute. Accompanied by its original wood and canvas lined carrying case with original label indicating “Wilkins Trunk Mfg. Co.” of Dallas, TX. SIZE: 19-1/2″ l x 4-1/2″ w. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some dulling and light scratches to nickel.
