All tin toy tank rolls forward with wind up action showing lithographed characters from Popeye comic strip. Tin flat figure of Popeye below, lifts and turns over tank. 2) Barnacle Bill tin wind up figure by Chein. This was the same Sailor toy that was used for Popeye with different colors and graphics. 3, 4, & 5) Three different graphic variations of Popeye’s Daily Dime Bank. Copyright 1929 King Features Syndicate. Perimeter shows three different characters from comic strip. Insert dime and tally shows. Bank opens when tally reaches $5. SIZE: Largest 6-12″ t. CONDITION: Turn over tank mechanism is sluggish, otherwise toys are clean and working. 1-13276 (250-450)
