PAIR OF VICTORIAN SCRIMSHAW TUSKS. 2nd half 19th century. Each carved with ‘Gibson Girl’ fashion figures and mounted in a floral carved walnut bracket. SIZE: Each tusk: 15-3/4″ l. Overall mounted: 32″ l. CONDITION: Each tusk drilled at the base for mounting in bracket. Each tip also drilled. Good color and patina on tusks and bracket. Very good overall. 9-94994 (1,500-2,500)
