EXHIBIT SUPPLY COIN-OPERATED CARD VENDOR. Most likely from the 1920s-30s, this card vendor has two coin slots that would normally vend a postcard size fortune. Most likely, one for women and one for men. Displayed on the front panel are eight early T-206 baseball cards from 1909-1911 era including major Hall of Famers Chris Mattheson, Zach Wheat, Chief Bender, Eddie Collins, Walter Johnson, and others. A nickel plated disc on the front panel with “Exhibit Supply Co.” along with a wooden marquee with original insert (frame that holds it is of more recent vintage) gives directions on how to operate the machine. Directly under coin slots is the original coin box. Machine is encased in an oak cabinet, which has been refinished sometime ago. Mechanism appears to be intact and functional. Included is an additional vintage marquee panel with photos of women in risque poses. SIZE: 21″ h x 18″ w. CONDITION: Overall good to very good.
