REGINA UPRIGHT AUTO DISC CHANGER MUSIC BOX. Tall oak case with carved serpentine fret work, turned side columns with florets and elaborate crest with turn spindle supports. Has coin slot on right side but is set for free play. Back interior wall has large decal with maker’s name among musical notes. Music box itself plays a massive 27″ disc on a double comb mechanism with switch for banjo attachment. With a robust spring motor and cranks for both music and changing mechanism with space for 12 discs (12 of which are included). SIZE: 72″ t x 39″ w x 24-1/2″ d. CONDITION: Restored and refinished with some replaced parts including the glass. Interior has been affixed with interior light to see action better. Music and changer mechanism is operational with no broken teeth but seems somewhat quiet and may need some slight adjustments. 1-12431 (17,500-22,500)
