CENTENNIAL CHIPPENDALE CHERRY TILT TOP TEA TABLE. 19th century, New England. The circular four board top with rounded edge hinged on a baluster and ring turned standard raised on a cabriole leg tripod base terminating in rigid pad feet. SIZE: 26-1/2″ h x 39″ dia. PROVENANCE: From a fine Maine and New York private collection. CONDITION: Table professionally repolished and restored, evidence of old stress crack beneath one leg at ankle visible.
