CARVED ROUND ELEPHANT TABLE. Early 20th century, Middle East or India. the circular top with bands of carved scrolling floral vinery centering an image of a figure standing on a python. The table raised on three carved caprisonned elephant busts fitted with tusks and glass eyes. SIZE: 23″ h x 23-1/2″ dia. CONDITION: Generally good with normal expected wear and abrasions. Some shrinkage cracks in seams of top. 9-29744 (150-250)
