UNUSUAL EARLY BEAR ON METAL WHEELS. Unusual brown mohair standing bear on metal platform with four spoked metal wheels. Circa 1920. More than likely Steiff. He is unusual in that he has an open mouth showing teeth. The mouth is lined with red leather. He has amber glass eyes with black pupils. SIZE: 13-1/2″ t (34cm) x 22″ w (56cm). CONDITION: Mohair is mostly intact. Left ear is semi-detatched, right ear is missing. 1-10369 (400-800)
