LARGE WOOD PRINTER’S BLOCK. Well used monumental printing block made from glued boards, which have been relief cut. Image appears to be a county fair theme with horses, a ringmaster, and a man being kicked by a mule. Appears to have been one of four plates used in one large poster. SIZE: 40-1/4″ w. x 54-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Block was broken in half along the grain, and re-glued. 1-9473 (200-400)
